All Cyprus companies are obliged to register with the local Tax Authority within a month of the registration and submit their first audited financial statements 18 months following registration.

Audited financial statements are prepared annually in accordance with IFRS and submitted at the end of June next calendar year. We will undertake the preparation of accounting records for your company and find the most suitable auditing firm to prepare your financial statements.
